I’m not much of a drinker when it comes to my Disney days. I like to be fully in control as I march myself around the park, ticking off everything on my to-do list. However, when the sun goes down, and there is very little standing between me and calling it a night back in my resort room, it becomes a very different story. I love to have something delicious with dinner, admittedly with or without alcohol, that feels refreshing and hits the spot. I’m always drawn to new cocktails and mocktails as they are released. I can’t help but feel there is such an underrated artistry to mixology that I very much appreciate it. There is a new limited-time cocktail on the menu at The Edison, and it could be the cutest one I have seen at Disney Springs in a long time.
Only available for a limited time, the ‘Airmail’ cocktail is composed of Bacardi light rum mixed with lemon juice, honey simple, and is garnished with a replica postage stamp. Stop by The Edison for your next drink!
Friends, it comes with a little stamp pegged on it! As if the drink description wasn’t enough, I’m desperate for someone to wrap one of these up and send it down to me! This new drink blends so well with the old Hollywood vibe of The Edison, and I can only hope it makes a return when I arrive later in the year.
Will you have an opportunity to try this new drink?
