A New Ramen Rumble event is on the schedule, returning to host restaurant Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The 7th event of its kind, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the wonderful and worthy charity, Give Kids the World. On Monday, January 27, 2025, two sessions will be available, running from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with pricing starting at $95. Back by popular demand, Morimoto Asia is proud to host Ramen Rumble 7.
In partnership with event founders Sue & Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs will compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted ‘Broth Belt’ trophy. A portion of proceeds will be donated to our charity partner, Give Kids the World.
Each contestant will operate their own station and present a unique style of ramen filled with creative toppings and interesting textures for guests to sample and vote on — crowning the next Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.

General Admission

Important Information
Parking
- The Lime or Orange garages are equally distant from the restaurant.
- Allow for extra travel time in case security checks your bags.
Check-in
- Early check-in for either session starts at 3 p.m. on the first-floor patio. We recommend that you check in early to avoid waiting in line.
- You will be issued a lanyard with your assigned table number. Wear your lanyard to get into the event and during it.
- Please have valid ID ready to verify your age is 21+.
Tables
- One of our reservationists will call you prior to the event to organize tables for larger groups.
- Tables are assigned to each reservation with any requests accommodated if possible.
- If you prefer to sit outside, our second-floor patio has seating with umbrellas.
- We may not be able to move guests to other tables due to the number of reservations.
Event Timing
- For the 5:30 p.m. session, doors to the restaurant open at 5:15 p.m. The event ends promptly at 7:30 p.m. to prepare for the next session.
- For the 8:00 p.m. session, doors open at 8 p.m. and the event ends at 10 p.m.
