Hey Disney friends, our culinary passport is officially on the move again! Morimoto Asia’s Passport Program has packed its bags and is now departing for Indonesia, with China waiting as the next stop on this delicious adventure. If you’ve been following along from the beginning, you’ll know this isn’t just about trying a few new dishes. Each destination brings its own flavors, cocktails, and inspiration to the table, giving us plenty of reasons to keep coming back for the next chapter.
This time around, we’re heading into Indonesia with a whole new selection to taste, sip, and enjoy at Morimoto Asia. I’ve got a look at the latest dishes and cocktails waiting for you, plus a little reminder of where we’ve been and what’s coming next for those of you who have been faithfully collecting your culinary passport stamps along the way. And if you thought the adventure was slowing down, think again, because China is already on the horizon for this journey in Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort!
August Destination: Indonesia
- Nasi Goreng, an Indonesian fried rice featuring duck, crab and fried egg.
- Coco-Kece, made with Bacardi rum, ginger liqueur, mandarin juice, lime juice and coconut milk.
September Destination: China
- China with Dongo Pork, featuring Chinese-braised pork belly served with bok choy and daikon.
- Pomelo Paloma, combines Espolòn Blanco, pomelo, grapefruit juice, agave, nectar and Fever-Tree grapefruit, finished with a half-salt rim and pomelo slice.

And if you’ve been faithfully collecting those stamps along the way, there’s a pretty exciting finish line waiting for you! Guests who complete all 24 stamps will unlock a Boston getaway, with a hotel stay, dinner for two, and tickets to an event of their choice at TD Garden, with the reward set to be available toward the end of September. Those who have collected 12 stamps will also have something special to look forward to, with an invitation to an intimate private reception with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto at Morimoto Asia.
But don’t worry if your passport isn’t quite full yet; as they say, the beauty is in the journey, and there’s still time to join the adventure. Discover the final two destinations: now serving the best of Indonesia, and culinary influences from China coming soon.
