It’s all about the journey with an adventurous experience to the Disney Springs dining location, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar. The aviation-themed restaurant and bar, located in The Landing at Walt Disney World’s famous shopping and dining district, has a new menu item, perfect for those searching for a new flavor sensation. The Palawan Volcano Temple Dip features Gruyère cheese sauce, onion jam, and toasted French bread, priced at $12.50.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Overview

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, an aviation-themed lounge located between Paradiso 37 and The BOATHOUSE, is named after the pilot from the Indiana Jones films. The lounge offers 150 seats, including some outdoors.

The storyline for the space is this: As the tale goes, Jock made a home at this waterfront property in the 1940s after discovering this charming little town while flying Indiana Jones over the Sunshine State in search of the elusive Fountain of Youth in 1938. As a member of the Society of Explorers and Adventurers, Jock often welcomed his globetrotting friends to his hangar for a drink and fun times.

The menu features unique cocktails, such as Reggie’s Revenge and The Fountain of Youth featuring Florida vodkas; Hovito Mojito and The Bitter Barkeep with Peruvian Pisco; Anything Goes with an Asian spirit; The Aviator’s Flight and The Scottish Professor; and the Cool-headed Monkey with African spirits.



Appetizers include: Chicken on the Egg – Fried Chicken, Deviled Eggs, and Hot Honey Sauce; Snakebite Sliders – Beef Sliders with Tomato-Bacon Jam, House-made Pickles, Shredded Lettuce, and Cheese; ’Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel ’ with Prosciutto, Sliced Brats, Artisan Salami, Smoked Cheddar, Black Diamond Cheddar, Caraway Pickles, Spicy Mustard, and Beer Cheese Fondue; and many more.
