Morimoto Asia, the famous Pan-Asian restaurant by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, is excited to celebrate its 10th anniversary at Disney Springs in The Landing at Walt Disney World. In the last ten years, Morimoto Asia has welcomed millions of guests from around the world and built a reputation for great food and service. The restaurant offers beautifully made sushi and signature Pan-Asian dishes inspired by Chef Morimoto’s ideas. It sets a standard for dining in Central Florida. Over the past decade, Morimoto Asia has received many awards, including the AIA Orlando Design Built Award of Merit and several OpenTable Diners’ Choice Awards for Best Ambiance and Fit for Foodies. For 10 years, it has been a great pleasure to share my food and vision with guests at Disney Springs. This journey continues because of my team’s passion and dedication, and they inspire me every day. I look forward to the next 10 years, bringing new ideas and flavors to everyone who visits. –Chef Masaharu Morimoto
