From delicate wine pairings to intimate dinners with the chef, there is always something special to add to your plans if you know where to look. For those visiting in March, check out the new Sip, Savor, and Stroll event in Disney Springs, where Enzo’s Hideaway, Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, and The Edison invite you to a sampling of all three restaurants.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 13th. Guests can choose their preferred time slot between 5 PM and 8 PM to enjoy a curated food and drink pairing at each stop. Tickets are $85 per person.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Purchase tickets for your preferred time slot between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Then:
1.) Meet your host at Enzo’s Hideaway for a speakeasy-style bite and beverage.
2.) When you’ve had your fill, a guide will lead you to Maria & Enzo’s for a Sicilian pairing.
3.) Lastly, toast to the Roaring ’20s with a food and beverage pairing at The Edison.
FIRST STOP: Enzo’s Hideaway under the bridge

• Sip: Hibiscus Sangria – Lakeridge cabernet sauvignon, Florida orange liqueur, hibiscus, apricot brandy, orange, cinnamon
• Savor: Crudo di Tonno – bluefin tuna crudo, panelle di ceci, citrus, parsley, pistachio, tangerine extra virgin olive oil
SECOND STOP: Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante lakeside

• Sip: Mango Basil Chiller – Bacardí rum, Chinola mango, basil-infused agave nectar, lime juice, Tajín
• Savor: Bruschetta alla Calabrese – grilled house focaccia, marinated shrimp, ’nduja, salsa verde, petite basil
THIRD STOP: The Edison on the lake

• Sip: Cherry Cordial – Cazcabel blanco tequila, crème de cacao, cherry, cream (dairy-free available)
• Savor: Black Forest Cake – dark chocolate cake, vanilla cream, kirsch-infused cherries, shaved dark chocolate
