Last week we got word that when Disney World’s 50th Anniversary ends, California Grill will transition into a new menu. Beginning on April 1, 2023, the restaurant will continue its prix fixe offering with a 3-course selection menu featuring contemporary, market-inspired cuisine.
On the Walt Disney World website, they have posted the pricing under the description of the new 3-course menu coming in April. The prix fixe offering will allow one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert per person. The menu has not been released, but we will be sure to let you know when it is.
Pricing
Adults: $89 per person (ages 10 and up), plus tax and gratuity
Child: $39 per child ( ages 3 to 9), plus tax and gratuity
Here is the description Disney provided regarding the menu that is to come.
Market-Inspired Cuisine
Californian cuisine celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients and the international, melting-pot culture of the Golden State. The chef de cuisine creatively blends new flavors, textures and techniques, delivered in a 3-course selection menu—a continuation of the highly-successful 50th Anniversary celebration offering.

I am curious to know how you feel about the pricing and the restaurant continuing to offer a prix fixe menu. Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
Hi, I'm Erica, and I write about all things Disney. Before working for The DIS, I was a theme park performer at SeaWorld, but I also performed at Disney. I have such an immense love for theme parks to the point I studied them in college.
