The Edison’s popular series continues with two new winter dates. Join us for an elevated three-course menu and craft cocktail pairings featuring partner Diageo.
Thursday, February 19 & 26, 7 p.m.
Berry Daiquiri – Zacapa Rum, lemon juice, house-made berry syrup
Paired with: tuna crudo
Cherry Sazerac – Johnnie Walker Black, Hennessy, Luxardo, Peychaud’s Bitters
Paired with: cherry-braised pork cheek, patatas bravas
Iced Mexican Hot Chocolate – Don Julio Añejo, Baileys, crème de cacao, chocolate
Paired with: apple taquitos, cinnamon caramel
