It’s a wonderful time of year at the Walt Disney World Resort, when Disney is in full swing, celebrating not only Fall and the Halloween season but also observing Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month! What a perfect combination! We are highlighting all of the magical food and beverage offerings in Disney Springs for the occasion, where you don’t need a park ticket or vacation package to partake in the festivities. Today’s highlight comes from Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ restaurant in The Landing, where the Chicken Tinga Sandwich is on the menu until October 15th!
In celebration of Hispanic and Latin Heritage Month, shredded chicken is combined with caramelized peppers and onions, and dressed with a cilantro lime aioli to make this pressed Homecomin’ sammy absolutely en fuego!
