UPDATE 6/1/18: The Disney Parks Blog has confirmed that a new southern-style brunch is coming to Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ and will begin on June 24, 2018. One of the new menu items includes a plate of house-made Bacon & Pecan Doughnuts – iced and piled high with pecans and bacon then drizzled with house-made caramel.

We’ve been seeing various reports online, including over on DISboards.com, that Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs is gearing up to introduce a brunch menu.
Poster ‘DisFanDad‘ shared that he was dining at the restaurant earlier this month when he observed, “a section closed with one table full of food and a couple cameras, some chefs and a few others sitting at a nearby table talking and sampling food.”
He shared that when he asked their server what was happening, the server said, “they are working on a brunch menu and doing photos for it.”
While we’re not able to confirm that a brunch service is officially starting at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, we’re excited at the possibility because we think the food at this restaurant is pretty fantastic.
