What would the holidays be without a visit with jolly old Santa Claus? For those wanting to spend some time with the man in red, a virtual queue will be in place at Once Upon A Toy from November 11 through December 24, 2022.
Guests at Disney Springs can use the My Disney Experience app to enter the virtual queue. Unfortunately, a standby queue will not be available, so be sure to plan in advance. There will be a few requirements to make your reservation, with a handful of opportunities to enter the virtual queue throughout the day; these include 9 am, noon, 3 pm, and 6 pm.
Important Information From Disney:
- Guests must be at Disney Springs to enter the virtual queue.
- One group member will receive a push notification directly to their mobile device when their group is ready to return. This push notification will also present a link to a digital entry code. If you cannot find your digital entry code, you can locate it by going to the 3-line hamburger icon in the app (☰) and selecting “Virtual Queues.”
- There is a maximum party size of 10 people.
