From July 1st through August 11th, we’re celebrating local ingredients with Disney Springs’ Flavors of Florida. Chef Kristoffer Anderson has prepared a menu of seasonal dishes, with our classic Spanish flair. Enjoy the bright, refreshing flavors of our favorite Gazpacho estilo Algeciras, made with seasonal tomatoes, green bell pepper and cucumber. Or savor Florida heirloom tomatoes in a beautiful Ensalada de Tomate con Ventresca, made with preserved tuna belly from Spain.a
Looking for even more local flavor? Join us for two special pairing events at Jaleo, featuring a welcome reception with passed bites and drinks, plus multi-course menu carefully crafted and expertly explained night-of by Chef Kristoffer Anderson himself. Tickets are $150 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity, collected onsite (prepayment is not available). Registration opens June 25th!
