
Disney Springs is about to get a lot sweeter thanks to Jaleo, a famed local dining location from José Andrés. The Spanish cuisine-serving restaurant is teaming up with Southern Hill Farms to celebrate the strawberry season with Festival de Fresas. A delicious menu offers guests the opportunity to experience this one-of-a-kind event through February 18th:
Southern Hill Farms is a family owned and operated u-pick and commercially harvested blueberry, strawberry, peach and seasonal vegetable farm. They are nestled in Central Florida atop the rolling hills of Clermont, just southwest of Orlando. They currently have 40 acres of blueberry bushes, fve acres of peaches, 18 acres of strawberries and one acre of blooming sunfowers on the 120-acre farm, open for u-pick December-May. All of our dishes for Festival de Fresas are made using Southern Hill Farms berries.
