There is a new event debuting in Disney Springs from the Patina Restaurant Group! The “Sip, Savor & Stroll” event will take place on Thursday, March 21st, with food and drink pairings at three Disney Springs restaurants. You will be wined and dined at The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Maria & Enzo’s in this package that is available to guests over 21 years old. Choose one of the two available time slots, 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m., and be escorted from restaurant to restaurant, tasting signature menu items and sipping perfectly paired classics. Let’s take a look at some of the menu items included in this debut experience:
First Stop: The Edison
- Sip: Sunny Disposition Porthole – St. Augustine cane vodka, Lillet Blanc, Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois, local Florida produce, displayed in The Edison’s signature porthole infuser
- Savor: The Edison’s sourdough grilled cheese, lemon-basil tomato soup shooter
Second Stop: Enzo’s Hideaway
- Sip: Enzoni – Ford’s gin, muddled grapes, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup
- Savor: Saffron arancini, fior di latte mozzarella, citrus roasted garlic aioli
Third Stop: Maria & Enzo’s Hideaway
- Sip: Blood Orange Mule – Skyy blood orange vodka, Solerno blood orange liqueur, Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer, lime juice
- Savor: Cannoli, sweet ricotta filling, candied orange, amarena cherry

1.) Meet your host at The Edison for a signature Roaring ’20s–inspired food and drink pairing.

3.) Lastly, we’ll escort you to Maria & Enzo’s for your final pairing on the patio, Sicilian style.
