If there is one thing I always look forward to whenever the month rolls over, it’s the new flavor profile on offer at Gideon’s Bakehouse. This ferociously friendly little establishment has caught the hearts of many a Disney fan, and has become somewhat of a must-do item on our checklist every time we visit. To kick off January 2025, Gideon’s Bakehouse is sporting a peanut butter and banana vibe, with some of its most popular items returning to help welcome the new year.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie
Start the New Year right with your favorite Cookie from 2024! The Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl is the best of both worlds! This almost 1/2 pound beast combines our popular PB dough painstakingly layered with our super velvety Triple Chocolate dough. Top them with all the Chocolate Chips and PB Chips and House-made Candied Peanuts, and you’ve got PB x Chocolate perfection!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake
Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake: An updated version of our favorite pairing, this one boasts two layers of PB Cake with a layer of Chocolate Cake in the middle! Then we swirl together our PB and Chocolate Buttercreams, top it with a PB Ganache, and throw in some PB and Chocolate Mini Chips! Truly Deluxe and maybe a little obnoxious! Every Wed and Sat at both locations, while supplies last.
Banana Nitro Cold Brew
If any flavor can hang with the powerhouse coupling of PB and Chocolate, it’s Banana! Our Banana Nitro Cold Brew pairs perfectly with his month’s limited Cookie! Available every day of January only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs!
