I love a seasonal cocktail! Even though I am not a huge drinker in general, having the opportunity to try a special occasion drink whenever I am in town is something I always look forward to. The creative forces at work in restaurants like Paddlefish in Disney Springs always make such beautiful drinks with a fusion of flavors that are fresh and unique to the season.
The August Cocktail of the Month at Paddlefish is Kendra’s Pina Koolada featuring Malibu Rum, which is created from Heirloom Pineapple Amaro, pineapple juice, and half & half, garnished with a mint sprig, orange slice, and a cinnamon sugar rim. I haven’t tried this one yet, but it is definitely on my to-do list next time I am around!
