May is the time when we celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. So far, we’ve been enjoying all of the special touches that Disney adds to the parks in honor of the occasion. We’ve seen so many new dishes across Walt Disney World featuring fresh, flavorful ingredients in recipes that are inspired by the culture and traditions within the Asian & Pacific Islands region. Morimoto Asia is one of many Disney Springs locations that will be showcasing a specialty dish or beverage for the occasion, offering the new Adobo Tacos dish! Adobo Tacos are made with St. Louis pork adobo, taco shell, guacamole, tomato, lime, and micro cilantro and are available now through May 31st at Morimoto Asia!
