The Edison is hosting a pairing event in celebration of Disney Springs Flavors of Florida. Guests will experience custom concoctions and samplings featuring St. Augustine Distillery paired with light bites showcasing ingredients found locally in Florida. The format of this event is based on The Edison’s world-famous Shaken & Stirred classes, which are designed for both novices and enthusiasts and offer a perfect blend of education and fun. Come experience the tastes and flavors of Florida at this event!

- Honey roasted Nuts
- Petal honey, Orlando FL
- Key West Pink Shrimp & Corn Hushpuppies
- shrimp cornbread fritters, spicy Florida orange marmalade
- Circuit Board
- country ham & house buttermilk biscuits, pickles, Sugar Top Farms’ peach butter
Two dates: July 6 & 27
Time: 1–3 p.m.
Cost: $100 per person (plus tax and gratuity)
