Hey Disney cocktail friends! Earlier this week, we shared the new Holiday Gravy Boat cocktail making its way onto the menu at The Edison, and it looks like that was just the beginning of our festive sipping plans! The 1920s-inspired dining destination at Disney Springs is keeping the holiday spirit flowing with more seasonal cocktails throughout November and December. If you are looking for an excuse to gather your favorite people for a festive evening, these new additions might just be the perfect place to start.
Cranberry Old Fashioned ($19),
The Cranberry Old Fashioned gives a seasonal twist to a classic cocktail. Made with cranberry-infused Woodford Double Oaked bourbon, holiday spice blend, demerara, bitters, orange peel, and cranberries, this one sounds like it belongs right alongside all those comforting flavors we look forward to at this time of year. I am always interested to see how familiar flavors get a seasonal makeover, and the combination of cranberry (my favorite) and warm spices certainly feels right for the holidays.

On the Naughty List ($18)
If you prefer something a little more adventurous, On the Naughty List might be calling your name. This cocktail takes spicy Mexican-style hot chocolate and serves it iced, combining Patrón Reposado, chocolate liqueur, cayenne, and oat milk, finished with a smoked chipotle dusting. Chocolate, spice, and a little smoky heat? That sounds like a festive combination with plenty of sparkle, and one I would be curious to try.

Of course, if simply ordering a seasonal cocktail isn’t quite enough to make your holiday plans feel special, The Edison has another idea for you. Don’t forget that the 1920s-themed venue is hosting two holiday editions of its popular Shaken & Stirred Classes. Sipping Spirits & Spreading Cheer takes place on December 12th, while Dreaming of a White Sand Christmas is scheduled for December 26th and 27th. These classes offer another way to celebrate with friends while enjoying a little mixology along the way.
With festive cocktails available across November and December, plus special events to add to your calendar, The Edison is giving us plenty of reasons to make time for a visit to Disney Springs this holiday season. Whether you are stopping by for a Cranberry Old Fashioned, feeling a little mischievous with On the Naughty List, or booking a class for a festive get-together, I would recommend making your plans early. Now, tell me, Disney dining friends, which cocktail has caught your eye? As usual, I have a feeling that choosing just one might be the hardest part!
