We’ve got some exciting news for Walt Disney World guests! Gideon’s Bakehouse has new flavors for April, and among the seasonal offerings is a new unique cookie that we can’t wait to try. It’s the Carrot Cake Cookie, and it’s packed with all of the deliciousness you would hope for. We will also see the return of the Pineapple Dream Cake and a Coconut Cream Bitro Cold Brew, ready to impress. Let’s take a closer look at the April menu at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!
The Carrot Cake Cookie
Say Hello to our new Carrot Cake Cookie! This delightful almost half-pound baby is a delicious blend of flavorful and comforting spices, rich molasses, and finely incorporated carrots with a hint of tart. Completely covered with our crunchy house made candied pecans and a drizzle of our handsome carrot cream cheese glaze. So much flavor in an ultra soft and buttery Cookie complimented by a crunchy exterior! Personally, I obsessively love this one with my coffee.
The Carrot Cake Cookie will be available every day of April at both the East End Market and Disney Springs locations. Limit two per person. While supplies last each day!
Pineapple Dream Cake Returns!
Vanilla Cake covered in Pineapple Buttercream, layered with housemade Pineapple Jam, Pineapple Caramel, and Brown Butter Crumbs to give texture to all that pineapple smoothness! Slices every Wednesday and Saturday! Available as a whole cake preorder only at the East End location!
Coconut Cream Nitro Cold Brew
A brand new Nitro Cold Brew Flavor for this month only! This Coconut Cream Cold Brew is the real deal! We use real Coconut Cream so it tastes more like the smooth flavors of Coconut Bark and not cheap syrups! Available every day of April only at Gideon’s in Disney Springs!
I love carrot cake, so I can only hope that this new offering makes another appearance later in the year when I can visit and try it for myself.
