Spring is winding down, and so is one of EPCOT’s most beloved seasonal events — the 2025 International Flower & Garden Festival, which wraps up this weekend (June 2nd is the final day!).
While the gardens are gorgeous and the topiaries are picture-perfect, the real hidden gems just might be the festival-exclusive desserts. Whether you’re a fan of nostalgic flavors, rich chocolate, or fruity pastries, here are three must-try sweet treats to savor before the blooms fade away:
S’mores Bar
Located along the walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion, the Beach Grub booth introduces a delightful twist on a campfire classic. The S’mores Bar features a rich fudge brownie base topped with dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and a sprinkle of smoked graham cracker crumbs. This indulgent treat captures the essence of a traditional s’more with a gourmet flair, making it a perfect pick-me-up during your festival stroll.
The soft cake-like brownie consistency, and the crunch of the toasted graham cracker are just lovely. This treat actually possess a campfire-like taste… which is better than it sounds. Bonus points if you let this one sit in the hot sun for a few minutes for that melted effect. Who doesn’t like their s’more a little “overdone”?
Peanut Butter & Vanilla Soft-Serve
For a nostalgic flavor experience, head to the Swirled Showcase near World Showcase Plaza. Here, you can savor the Peanut Butter & Vanilla soft-serve, a delightful homage to a sort of fluffer-nutter sandwich. While a Grape Jelly soft-serve serves up a PB&J option, we found the vanilla combination to be the most pleasant for peanut butter enthusiasts. (Or just get the peanut butter all on its own!)
Cool and creamy peanut butter with lightly-sweetened vanilla served in a crisp waffle cone? It’s a win-win-win. A refreshing summer treat that’s sure to please everyone in the family.
Warm Cheese Strudel with Mixed Berries
At the Germany Pavilion’s Bauernmarkt, indulge in the Warm Cheese Strudel with Mixed Berries. This traditional Austrian pastry features layers of flaky dough enveloping a creamy cheese filling, complemented by a medley of sweet-tart mixed berries.

The berries lend a bright and sweet flavor, while the puff pastry is light, buttery and flaky. Served warm, it’s a comforting treat that pairs beautifully with the pavilion’s selection of German beers and wines.
