A new Figment Artist popcorn bucket is joining the lineup at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, launching tomorrow, January 16.
The collectible features Figment, the purple dragon from Journey into Imagination, dressed as an artist in a playful, seated pose. He’s wearing a splattered purple beret, a colorful paint-stained bow tie, and holding an oversized paintbrush featuring the Imagination pavilion’s logo, with the bristles lighting up. The bucket also includes an adjustable carrying strap decorated with artistic patterns.
The look is a clear nod to the original Art Realm scene in the Journey Into Imagination attraction, where Artist Figment first appeared. That moment is also celebrated during the festival through the Spaceship Earth Beacon of Light show, making this version of Figment feel right at home during EPCOT’s art-focused event.
Officially called the Figment Artist Bucket, it will be available at Figment’s Inspiration Station inside the Odyssey Pavilion. The Figment buckets are typically served with rainbow popcorn.
Purchases will be handled exclusively through mobile order in the My Disney Experience app. Guests may place one mobile order per day, with a maximum of two buckets per order. Pickup takes place at the Odyssey Pavilion, located between Test Track and the Mexico pavilion. The Odyssey typically opens at 11 AM; expect the Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket to be available starting at 11 AM each day.
Figment popcorn buckets have become something of a Festival of the Arts tradition. When the original Figment bucket debuted in 2022, wait times famously reached up to seven hours. A re-release in 2023 came with better crowd control and improved availability, and Disney is continuing that approach in 2026 with mobile ordering, strict limits, and controlled pickup times.
The Figment Artist Popcorn Bucket is only available during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which runs from January 16th through February 23rd, 2026. If past years are any indication, demand will be strongest early in the festival, especially for Figment fans looking to add another version of EPCOT’s most beloved purple dragon to their collection.
