There are some wonderful shows at Disney World that many guests do not take time for outside of the parks. Cirque du Soleil is located at Disney Springs and features a large cast of acrobats, trapeze artists, jugglers, clowns, aerialists, dancers, and singers. Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show is located at the Polynesian Village Resort and treats guests to hula and fire dancing as they enjoy a family-style tropical dinner. Lastly, there is our family favorite, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Dinner guests are served an all-you-can-eat, southern feast as they enjoy a comedic, foot-tapping, western show.
Do an attraction you haven’t done before.
Most people have that one attraction they just haven’t made it to yet. For our family, it is Tom Sawyer Island at the Magic Kingdom. This attraction is on our next trip’s must-do list!
Take time to enjoy your resort.
Our family began doing this a few years ago, and it has made our vacations more relaxed and different each time we come to Disney World. We love experiencing all the unique pools and amenities that each resort has to offer. Ping pong, pin trading events, bike rentals, night-time movies, and ferry boat rides – there is a long list of things just waiting for your family to do!
Look for what’s new.
Disney World is constantly changing. Find out what has changed since your last visit. Is there a new parade starting? Has a new restaurant opened? Is there a new store at Disney Springs? Has a new ride opened? Whatever the change is, it is sure to bring you a fresh experience.
