Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t just about exclusive entertainment holiday vibes. It’s also an opportunity to sample exclusive food and drink offerings you cannot get anywhere else in the park, and one of the best spots to start is ABC Commissary. Crazy, right? It truly is a highlight from my Jollywood experiences. We tried this event-exclusive seasonal menu for the first time last year, and the entire lineup of favorites returned again this year. The holiday-themed menu here is packed with savory bites, and a dessert highlight that will leave you coming back for more.
Savory Eats to Fuel the Night
Let’s start with the savory menu. ABC Commissary’s lineup features a handful of items inspired by street-food flavors with a holiday twist. Here’s what we swear by:
- Birria Taco | $5.49: Slow-cooked shredded beef and Monterey Jack cheese tucked into a warm tortilla and served with a rich beef consommé for dipping. It’s hearty, messy, and worth the extra napkin.

- Empanadas with Street Corn | $6.49: Crispy chicken empanadas paired with a bright street corn salad topped with chili peppers, lime, and cotija cheese. It’s a satisfying mix of textures and spice.

- Yuca con Chicharrón | $5.99: Fried pork belly with yuca fries, pickled onions, and chili-lime seasoning, served with yellow pepper aioli. This is one of the more adventurous savory bites and definitely worth a try if you like bold flavors.

These savory items are balanced but don’t overwhelm, making them easy to enjoy while you explore the rest of the event or pair with your favorite beverage–. By the time you’re done sampling these, you’ll be ready for dessert…
The Dessert Worth the Visit
- Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake | $5.49: This is one of the best holiday desserts at Walt Disney World this year. A cinnamon-spiced chocolate cheesecake sits on a holiday cookie streusel and is topped with spiced whipped cream and mini marshmallows. It hits the sweet spot between rich and festive without being overly heavy. Many of us (myself included) think this should stick around beyond the event.

If you only indulge in one dessert at Jollywood Nights, this is the one to choose.
On our recent visit, we also paired a sweet alcoholic option:
- Coquito: A creamy holiday punch blending coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, and rum, finished with cinnamon. It’s creamy, nutty, sweet, and festive. What’s not to love?

ABC Commissary’s Jollywood Nights menu shows that Disney is serious about making this event feel different from other holiday offerings. The food here is more thoughtfully composed than typical quick-service fare. The Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake alone is worth the stop, but the combination of savory bites and creative beverages makes this one of the event’s most solid food and drink destinations.
If you’re planning your night at Jollywood, make ABC Commissary one of your first stops for snacking!
