Looking for somewhere to slow things down between all the holiday entertainment at Disney Jollywood Nights? Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby is returning for 2026, and reservations are now open!
The experience takes over The Hollywood Brown Derby during every Jollywood Nights event, running on select nights from November 7, 2026, through January 5, 2027. Inside, live musicians perform jazz arrangements and holiday favorites while guests settle in with event-exclusive bites and cocktails.
It’s a nice change of pace from the party happening outside on Hollywood Boulevard, especially if your idea of a holiday night includes a cocktail, a cozy seat inside, and some live music.
Jazzy Holidays will take place November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23 and 28; December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21 and 23; and January 3 and 5.
What’s on the Jazzy Holidays Menu?
The Hollywood Brown Derby will serve a special menu during Jazzy Holidays rather than its regular restaurant menu. Food options include:
- Jazzy Sliders – Bison and Pork, Onion Jam, and Gorgonzola Cheese on a Brioche Roll
- Chorizo Arancini – Shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo Tomato Sauce
- Pork Belly Bao – Korean Barbecue, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette
- Tofu Bao – Seared Tofu, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette (plant-based)
- Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori – Crispy Rice, Passion Fruit-Soy Marinated Chicken, Cilantro Aïoli, and Watermelon Radish
For something festive to sip, the beverage menu features a Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita, made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, Lime Juice, and House-made Cranberry-Jalapeño Simple Syrup.
Food and drinks cost extra and do not come with your Jollywood Nights ticket or dining reservation. You’ll also need a valid Disney Jollywood Nights ticket to attend. Event tickets run from $169 to $199 per person, plus tax, depending on the date.
