After months of construction walls and scrims, The Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom has unveiled a fresh exterior. The boarded-up construction site once surrounding the entrance has been removed, revealing a renovated exterior matching the Victorian-inspired turn-of-the-century charm of the restaurant.
The Plaza Restaurant is a good dining option for those seeking a smaller locale within the park. The menu features classic American fare; including salads, sandwiches, burgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, and more. Since it is a smaller space, advance dining reservations are highly recommended.
Thankfully, now that construction is finished, the frosted window decals have been removed, once again offering Cinderella Castle views and more natural light inside the restaurant. We recently stopped into The Plaza for a Disney Dining Review while construction was still going on — watch that here!
