When we think of Walt Disney World, we mostly think of the attractions we know and love; Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and all the Disney classics are what we rush to fit into our busy Disney days. One thing that is often overlooked is the entertainment available outside of parades and fireworks.
Earlier today, we asked you what your favorite show is in all of Walt Disney World; this afternoon, we are going to offer you ours with one can’t-miss show in each Walt Disney World park. We are even throwing in a bonus suggestion for Disney Springs.
Magic Kingdom: Mickey’s Philharmagic
With lots of great options in Magic Kingdom, it is hard to pick just one! A stand out would have to be the 4D presentation of Mickey’s Philharmagic, a show which took three years to complete and takes you inside some of Disney’s most iconic stories.
EPCOT: Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival
While you are trekking around the World (Showcase), be sure to spend some time in EPCOT’s World Celebration area, where you can check out the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival. The 18-minute show includes three Disney Pixar short films in 4D with special effects that bring each story to life.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom: Festival of the Lion King
Within Disney’s Animal Kingdom, make your way to the ‘Africa’ area of the park, where you can enjoy attractions such as Kilimanjaro Safaris and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail. Make sure you leave time to catch the next showing of Festival of the Lion King, a beautifully detailed retelling of The Lion King story.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has so many shows to choose from, with sing-a-longs, musical performances, and so many more. However, the action-packed Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular made it onto our must-do list as it differs from just about everything else.
Disney Springs: Cirque du Soleil
What would a list of shows be without including the Disney Springs highlight, Cirque du Soleil – Drawn to Life? This one isn’t included with your ticket pricing like the others; however, it is an unmissable experience that has been delighting Disney guests since opening.
If you didn’t already add your opinion to our question from yesterday, head over to our social media pages and let us know which is your favorite.
