4) Missing Your FastPass Time

With FastPass+ you have most likely scheduled your FastPass+ return time 2 months in advance. For whatever reason, whether you lost track of time on the PeopleMover or sat down for a nice long lunch, sometimes we miss our FastPass return times. For some of these attractions it might not be a big deal, but it can be a tough pill to swallow if you missed your time for an attraction like Space Mountain or Soarin’. Typically cast members will allow you to be 15 minutes late for your FastPass return time, but if you and your family go past that extra 15 minute allotment the cast members are typically less forgiving.

3) Friends Posting Walt Disney World Pictures On Facebook

For true Disney fans nothing is worse than opening up Facebook to find your friends or family in Walt Disney World without you. It sounds selfish, and it is, but it can be difficult being at home while friends and family are enjoying the place you love most in the world. You can’t help but to start clicking through their album of family fun. Although it can be fun to live vicariously through their pictures and videos it can also be very depressing, especially when your next Walt Disney World vacation might not be for a year or two.

2) Not Having People To Talk Disney With

Although we have access to great resources like the DISboards.com, and listening to the DIS Unplugged podcast, nothing is better than the real thing of sitting down with someone who truly loves Disney as much as you do. Not having someone in your life that will talk Disney with you everyday isn’t easy. This can be especially hard right before your vacation. Just as you want to burst with excitement for your trip it is hard when co-workers and friends don’t seem to care. For us Disney fans it is hard to imagine not wanting to talk about Disney all day long, but I guess we have to except the fact that not everyone loves Disney the way we do.

1) Getting on the Magical Express Bus To Go Home

This one is depressing to even think about. The saddest and quietest bus you will ever be on is the bus from your Walt Disney World resort back to the airport. Who could possibly be in a good mood on this bus? Leaving Walt Disney World and re-entering the real world is one of the most deflating feelings, especially for a true Disney fan. Goodbyes are hard for anyone, but they become especially difficult when the goodbye stretches on for a half hour ride. And when the ride is all over you know friends and family are going to have to drag you off of the bus as you hold on to your seat for dear life.
