Meeting Disney Characters in the parks is always a highlight, but every now and then, the moment goes beyond the usual smile and snapshot. Some characters have a knack for turning a simple meet-and-greet into something unforgettable, bringing the magic to life with personality, humor, and quick-witted banter that stays with you long after your vacation is over. If you are hoping for an interaction that feels less like a photo op and more like a memory, these six characters are the ones to keep an eye out for.
Peter Pan
Peter Pan is a fan favorite because he really brings the mischief. Quick to joke, playful in conversation, and always ready to challenge you to a duel or tease you about growing up, his interactions feel straight out of Neverland. You won’t just get a hug and a smile, you’ll walk away with a story like one of the Lost Boys themselves.

Cruella de Vil
Cruella is another showstopper if you can find spot her. While she currently stars in Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, she can frequently be found this time of year as the Disney Villains take the reins around Halloween. Cruella struts into every interaction like it is her personal runway, throwing out sassy comments and over-the-top expressions that will have everyone in your group cracking up. Even if you don’t love fur coats, you’ll adore how unforgettable her banter is.

Spider-Man
Spider-Man, on the other hand, is all about energy and enthusiasm. If you catch him in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure, it feels like bumping into a friend who cannot wait to share his latest mission. He is quick with jokes, fun with poses, and always ready to make kids feel like superheroes themselves. It is impossible not to walk away from a Spider-Man encounter with a smile on your face. Even if you aren’t a walk-up fan, you will be once you’ve met.

Star Wars Characters
In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the character interactions are on a whole new level. From Stormtroopers interrogating you in the marketplace to Kylo Ren demanding allegiance, and even Chewbacca sneaking up to surprise you, it feels like you’ve stepped into the middle of a story. These encounters go far beyond a posed picture and turn into immersive little moments that make Batuu unforgettable. While I tend to spend a little less time in this area, I’ve had friends who’ve come home with adventurous tales of being roped into mini quests and accused of intergalactic crimes, all in jest, of course.

Evil Queen
There is nothing quite like coming face-to-face with the Evil Queen. She doesn’t just pose for a picture; she sizes you up like you’ve wandered into her throne room uninvited. Her sharp wit and icy tone make every interaction deliciously chilling, and it is impossible not to walk away laughing about how perfectly in character she stayed the entire time. Make sure to ask a question or comment on her beauty for a stellar response. Evil Queen is by far my favorite character interaction for adults in the Disney Parks!

Stitch
Stitch is pure chaos in the best way possible. He might steal your hat, mess with your camera, or photobomb your group without warning. Every meet-and-greet feels completely unique because he thrives on unexpected, silly antics that make each guest interaction special. Experiment 626 can sometimes be found in a character breakfast in my experience, and though he doesn’t do much talking, he speaks his own language of mischief loud and clear, bringing a smile to the toughest of shy little audience members.
