One of EPCOT’s most beloved seasonal offerings is making a glowing return for the 2025 holiday season. Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses, the limited-time holiday tour at The Land Pavilion, is set to run from November 28 through December 30, 2025, as part of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
Bookings open October 9 through the My Disney Experience app or on Walt Disney World’s website.
What Is Glimmering Greenhouses?
Glimmering Greenhouses is a one-hour guided walking tour through the Living with the Land greenhouses, as part of Disney’s agricultural boat ride. This special version of the Behind the Seeds tour highlights holiday-themed elements, including:
- Learn about crops that bring festive flavors to many holiday traditions (including EPCOT’s own restaurants and festivals!)
- Enjoy brilliant light displays
- Explore hydroponic greenhouses and discover sustainable growing techniques used to bring the Glimmering Greenhouses to life
This tour is separate from the daytime Behind the Seeds experience and offers a unique after-dark look at The Land in its full holiday sparkle.
Tour Schedule & Pricing
- Dates: November 28 – December 30, 2025
- Times: Daily at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM
- Price: $50.15 – $59.00 (plus tax), reflecting a slight increase from 2024’s $45 price point
Valid EPCOT admission is required, and depending on your ticket type, a park reservation may also be necessary.
A Growing Holiday Tradition
Originally debuting in 2019 as “Merry & Bright Nights,” this seasonal greenhouse overlay was rebranded as Glimmering Greenhouses in 2022.
During the evening version of Living with the Land, the attraction’s second half is transformed into one of the best holiday light displays at Walt Disney World (at least until the Castle Dream Lights return, maybe someday…). Twinkle-light tunnels, glowing produce towers, and festive touches on every plant and tree create a peaceful and awe-inspiring atmosphere.
