Upcoming Merchandise Events Celebrate the Opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

Three new meet and greet events and signings are coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios ahead of the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and they just might help you get into the mood to travel to a galaxy far, far away.

Ashley Eckstein, founder of Her Universe and the voice of Ahsoka Tano on Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, will be at Launch Bay Cargo on Saturday, August 17th from 10am-12pm to highlight her newest fangirl creation: a dress featuring Darth Vader. Ashley will also be available to sign merchandise. Please note the following details from Disney: Wristbands will be distributed to guests at park open on the day of the signing at the event location with the purchase of a Her Universe or Ahsoka Tano item. A wristband from the appearance location is required to meet Ashley Eckstein and allows the guest to get two items signed. A limited number of wristbands will be available.  Once the wristbands have been distributed, the line to meet Ashley Eckstein will close.

New art inspired by Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will be highlighted in Launch Bay Cargo on Sunday, August 18th from 12pm- 2pm. Artists Craig Fraser, Kevin-John, William Silvers, and Charles Wissig will be available to meet guests and sign art pieces. Please note that guests must purchase art before having it signed.

Ethan Sacks and Will Sliney are the team behind the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge comic book series. Zoraida Córdova will be signing her new addition to the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge: A Crash of Fate, and Delilah S. Dawson will be on hand to sign her new project, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire. Please note that guests must purchase the product(s) before having them signed.

A note from Disney regarding the meet and greet and signing opportunities: Merchandise available while supplies last. We ask that only two (2) items be signed per guest, per time in line. We ask that you bring no personal items to be signed. Valid Walt Disney World Resort receipt may be required. Event is subject to space and time availability and is not guaranteed.
