Treehouse Villas
at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Overview:

The Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa feature 60 three bedroom, units which can accommodate up to nine guests comfortably.

Each of the Treehouses is elevated 10 feet above ground level and overlook some of the most beautiful woodlands along the Sassagoula River.

The Treehouse Villas section has its own pool with a separate hot tub and shares the featured amenities at Saratoga Springs including the boat transportation to Disney Springs, tennis, bike rentals, kid's playground, spa/fitness center, and feature pool with slide.

The décor throughout each villa is full of earth tones (pale greens and taupe) and wood trim that carries the ‘treehouse’ theme throughout.

Each accommodation features three bedrooms with flat screen TV's. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen bed and one has bunkbeds, with a Queen sleeper sofa and a single sleeper chair in the living room. The units have two bathrooms, a gorgeous, fully-equipped open kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating for three plus a separate dining table with seating for six. The living room also has a flat screen and cathedral ceilings. There is a full-size (stacked) washer and dryer in each unit as well. A private deck complete with patio furniture is included and there is also a charcoal grill at the bottom of the steps for all your grilling needs.

History:

The original Treehouse Villas were opened in 1975 and accommodated guests through 2002. These octagon shaped units, nestled in the woods, featured elevated views of the tranquil surroundings.

Of concern in building the new units were the surrounding wetlands. Disney has decreased the footprints of the original treehouses which has reduced the encroachment of the wetlands by 70 percent per unit.

Transportation: Complimentary motorcoach transportation to the theme parks and water parks, with water launch service to the Disney Springs venues. This property at this resort is expansive and guests should be aware that an internal bus is offered for convenient travel to the different areas of the resort. There is a walking path from the Treehouse section over to the Grandstand section of the main resort.

NOTE: Each Treehouse Villa can only accomodate one vehicle per unit.
