Disney Skyliner Cabins Return to Lines as Reopening Date Nears

We are just ten days away from the reopening of select Walt Disney World resorts, and there’s new activity at WDW property ahead of the big day.

Today, Disney Skyliner cabins were back on the route that takes guests from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to the station at Epcot‘s International Gateway.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is also located on this leg of the Skyliner, and the path takes guests across Buena Vista Drive and through a turn station located near Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort.

The cabins weren’t moving while I was on property, but just seeing them back on the lines was incredibly exciting.

Today, gondolas were not on the Skyliner routes that head from Caribbean Beach to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort/Disney’s Pop Century Resort and the route from Caribbean Beach to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Additional gondolas were seen hanging on their storage supports behind the CBR station.

We’ll continue to bring you peeks of the magic returning as the reopening days for the parks and resorts draw closer. If you’d like additional details regarding the reopening, be sure to visit our Reopening Information and Updates page.
