Walt Disney World set to reopen Saturday, October 8

After being closed on Friday, October 7, for Hurricane Matthew to pass through the area, Walt Disney World is making plans to reopen on Saturday, October 8, 2016. The operating hours are as follows:

Magic Kingdom: 8:00am-midnight

Epcot: 8:00am-10:00pm

Disney’s Hollywood Studios: 8:00am-8:00pm

Disney’s Animal Kingdom: 8:00am-8:30pm (with Extra Magic Hours from 7:00-8:00am)

Disney Springs: 10:00am-midnight

Blizzard Beach water park: 10:00am-5:00pm

Typhoon Lagoon water park: 10:00am-5:00pm

Miniature golf courses: 10:00am-11:00pm

ESPN Wide World of Sports: 6:45am-3:30pm (there are no schedule events)
