Muppet Babies to air on Disney Junior in 2018

A new Muppet Babies show will debut on Disney Junior in early 2018. The company tweeted out the news today, but there was no additional information given.

The original animated series aired on CBS from 1984-1991 and was produced by The Jim Henson Company and Marvel Productions.

Disney now owns the rights to the characters and have been trying to revive the popularity of the Muppets for the next generation, including the new “The Muppets Present… Great Moments in American History” at the Magic Kingdom.
