Solar panels installed in California Adventure

The Disneyland Resort has installed a 40,000 square-foot array of solar panels on top of the Radiator Springs Racers show building in order to generate electricity for Disney California Adventure.

The amount of electricity the new high-efficiency panels will create would be enough to power 100 Anaheim homes.

The 1,400 solar panels are part of the Disneyland Resort’s continuing efforts to practice environmental responsibility.
