Whether you lean toward beautifully balanced cocktails or prefer the rich depth of a good whiskey, these experiences offer a fun way to sip, learn, and indulge in a lively setting.

Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes

Shaken & Stirred: Cocktail Classes invite guests to roll up their sleeves and step behind the bar for an intimate, hands-on experience. Hosted on select Saturdays from March 14th through June 20th, 2026, these 1 p.m. sessions are limited to just 10 guests, creating a relaxed, small group atmosphere. Led by The Edison’s talented mixologists, each class includes guided instruction, premium spirits, tastings, and a light lunch, with gratuity included. Here is what you can expect:



  • March 14: The Emerald Isles
    Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we’re going beyond green beer to explore the approachable smoothness of Irish whiskey. Sláinte!
  • April 25: Polynesian Pop!
    A history of tiki cocktail culture and the Polynesian pop movement, complete with a tasting of delicious tropical cocktails.
  • May 9: Gin vs. Vodka Core Cocktail
    Part of our core cocktail series, it’s a battle of the bars featuring the great martini debate. Learn the techniques to shake (or stir) your perfect version.
  • May 23: Frozen
    Beat the heat and cool off with sweet treats this spring and summer. These elevated frozen cocktails are a far cry from your average slushy.
  • June 6: Infusions
    Learn how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create your own naturally flavored spirits, plus the best ways to showcase your custom infusions in seasonal cocktails.
  • June 20: Globetrotter
    Take your tastebuds on a trip around the world to discover unique, regional spirits that define drinking cultures across the globe.

For those who appreciate a smooth pour, Whiskey & Wonder returns as an adults-only tasting event that celebrates bold flavors and creative pairings. Guests can explore multiple whiskey stations featuring inventive cocktails and chef-driven bites, along with interactive elements designed to elevate the experience. At the April 11th event, early entry and general admission options are available, with an additional premium upgrade for those who want an enhanced tasting moment. Now to the good stuff!
