New limited-time Summer Social menu at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ has something for everyone, including: Fancy Deviled Eggs, Crispy Shrimp & Yuca, Watermelon Feta Salad, Grilled Peach Summer Salad, and The Florida Flight. Watermelon & Feta Salad
Ancho chili-marinated shrimp teams up with fresh watermelon, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto, feta cheese, shaved onions, cucumber, and candied pecans over spinach and mixed greens. Tossed in house-made balsamic dressing and finished with a balsamic glaze and fresh mint, it’s the perfect way to savor the flavors of the season from Disney Springs!
