‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is one of my favorite Table Service Restaurants at Disney World. However, it’s a rare occasion to dine there since reservations are hard to come by and the dinner is priced at $65. One of my favorite menu items at ‘Ohana is the coconut-pineapple bread pudding and when I heard you could get it at another Disney Resort, I knew I had to check it out.
Sebastian’s Bistro is located at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and is a quick Skyliner ride away from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. This Table Service Restaurant is only open for dinner and the all-you-care-to-enjoy menu is only $39 for adults. Best of all, the dessert is the same as ‘Ohana’s! You can get coconut-pineapple bread pudding for a fraction of the price and without struggling to book a dining reservation 60 days in advance.

Sebastian’s Bistro is light and airy with views of Barefoot Bay, Disney’s Riviera Resort, and the Skyliner passing by. The atmosphere is comfortable with subtle nods to Sebastian and The Little Mermaid. However, the real star is the food.

The dinner is served family-style and priced at $39 for guests 10 and older, $21 for guests ages 3 – 9. The meal starts with a large salad and pull-apart rolls. There are two options for entree platters – the “Island Feast” or a vegetarian option, the “Harvest of the Caribbean”. You can also add an appetizer of a Crab Cake for $13 or Fried Coconut Shrimp for $10.

Sebastian’s Bistro has an impressive selection of rums and signature cocktails. You can also order a drink from the neighboring Banana Cabana while you wait for your table.

Buttery House-Baked Pull-Apart Rolls – with guava butter and caramelized onion jam
The pull-apart rolls are served warm and are a perfect light and fluffy texture. Both the guava butter and caramelized onion jam are equally delicious and even better when paired together. It may be a bad strategy to fill up on bread at an all-you-can-eat meal but the rolls were so good, I considered it.

The Spice Necklace Salad – mixed greens with spiced candied pumpkin seeds, pineapple, and radish with house-made key lime dressing
The key-lime dressing is a sweet and tangy vinaigrette and the pineapple and pumpkin seeds add a nice texture. I even found myself eating a second portion of the salad once the entree platter arrived.

Island Feast –
Oven-roasted jerk chicken with Caribbean barbecue sauce
Slow-cooked Mojo pork with mango sambal
Chili-rubbed beef with chimichurri
Baked fish with roasted tomato salsa and citrus butter
I was impressed to learn the chili-rubbed beef is served to your temperature preference. You’ll notice it in the bottom left corner of the platter; our table ordered a mix of medium-rare and well-done. The beef with the chimichurri sauce was our favorite and we ordered a second helping. The different sauces were nice additions and I appreciated the option of beef, chicken, pork, and fish. Since you can order more, it’s a great way to ensure there’s something for everyone at the table.

Cilantro rice and beans
Seasonal vegetables
Sweet plantains
The sides are surprisingly flavorful and a good mix of options! The roasted veggies are crisp and well seasoned and we couldn’t get enough of the sweet plantains. We also ordered a second helping of all three side dishes.

Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding – served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
The moment I had been waiting for! The Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding is indeed the same as ‘Ohana’s and I wish I had saved more room for dessert. The cake is dense and heavenly when paired with melty ice cream and rich caramel sauce.

The all-you-care-to-enjoy menu at Sebastian’s Bistro has been available since 2021 and I hate it took me this long to try it! Every offering was delicious and the price point makes it an incredible value at Disney. Sebastian’s would be a great dinner choice for the whole family and a perfect way to take a leisurely dinner break while at Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. I can’t wait to visit again and if you’ve ever been curious about Sebastian’s, this is your sign to try it on your next Disney World vacation!
