Disneyland is getting new FastPass locations and new digital FastPass option

The Disneyland Resort is adding two new FastPass attractions, one in each Park, and later this year will be launching a new digital FastPass service!

Very soon, FastPass will be added to Toy Story Midway Mania in Disney California Adventure and Matterhorn Bobsleds in Disneyland Park, bringing the total number of FastPass attractions to 16.

FastPass premiered in 1999 as a way for guests to access popular attractions with shorter waits.

In addition, later this year, Disneyland is launching Disney MaxPass, which will give guests both PhotoPass and FastPass benefits for only $10 a day.  A annual and daily option will be available for Annual Passholders as well.

With MaxPass, guests will be able to download unlimited high-resolution PhotoPass images through the Disneyland App, and for the first time, guests will be able to use the Disneyland App to book and redeem Disneyland FastPass reservations.

Paper, or “legacy,” FastPass will still be available at no charge.

More details and dates are still to come.
