We told you last week that Planet Hollywood Observatory at Disney Springs looked like it might be opening as early as yesterday, but more delays prevented that from happening. According to Orlando Business Journal, the restaurant is possibly set to start taking reservations on January 27, but that, of course, remains to be seen.
It’s really anyone’s guess as to when this new location will open, but we’ll keep you posted as we hear any details. In the meantime, Scott Joseph’s Orlando Restaurant Guide shared an inside look at the restaurant and it looks beautiful!
