There’s a sweet new way to support an important cause while dining at Disney Springs this fall. Three restaurants are teaming up with Cookies for Kids’ Cancer for a two-month fundraiser benefiting pediatric cancer research.
Beginning September 1 and continuing through October 31, 2026, Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway, and The Edison will each feature a specialty dessert that features a house-made ginger snap cookie. A portion of the proceeds from every featured dessert sold will be donated to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, a national nonprofit that helps fund research into new and less toxic treatments for childhood cancers.
At both Maria & Enzo’s and Enzo’s Hideaway, guests can order the Coppa di Maria and Gelato, made with vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio gelato, sweet Amarena cherries, and the house-made ginger snap cookie.
Over at The Edison, the featured dessert is dulce de leche cheesecake with house-made gelato, topped with the ginger snap cookie.
The fundraiser is being organized by Patina Restaurant Group, which operates all three Disney Springs restaurants.
“We are incredibly proud to partner with an organization that supports so many children battling pediatric cancer,” said Michael Gabriel, Executive Pastry Chef at Patina Restaurant Group. “Across our three restaurant concepts, our house-made ginger snap cookie will allow our guests a delicious way to help make a meaningful impact.”
Cookies for Kids’ Cancer focuses on raising money for pediatric cancer research, particularly work aimed at developing safer and more effective treatments for children. The organization began with a bake sale in 2008 and has since grown into a nationwide fundraising effort.
If you already have dinner plans at one of these Disney Springs restaurants this September or October, saving room for dessert comes with a little extra incentive. You’ll get something sweet to finish your meal while helping support research that could make a real difference for kids and their families.
The specialty desserts are available at Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway, and The Edison at Disney Springs through October 31, 2026.
