Hey Disney Springs friends! Well, it’s officially Fall, and while many of us have been emotionally living in pumpkin season for weeks already, we can finally put Summer 2026 in the books. Of course, I’m not expecting the Florida heatwaves, random sun showers, or those seemingly endless summer lines to pack their bags and disappear overnight, but there is a little light at the end of the tunnel. Cooler days are coming, friends. And when I say cooler, I mean anything that involves slightly less sweating while walking from one snack stop to another!
Every few days, I like to have a little look through Disney Springs updates and see what’s new, what’s coming back, and, most importantly, what I need to eat. Yes, I take Disney snacking very seriously. There are plenty of things to see and do here, but for me, there is something rather wonderful about coming to Disney Springs without having to use a park ticket, picking up something delicious and actually having the time to sit down and enjoy it. No racing across the park because a Lightning Lane window is closing. No checking the clock because dinner reservations are looming. Just me, a snack, and a perfectly good reason to take my time.
And this week, Disney Springs has given me plenty to talk about. We’ve got new treats at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, along with some seasonal favorites making their way back to Vivoli il Gelato. Now, I’ll warn you right now that the first one had me doing a serious double take. You might actually want to take a seat before we get to it because, wow. This is exactly the sort of Disney Springs snack news I’m here for. Let’s take a look!
