Reservations are officially open to all guests for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge, the newest Disney Vacation Club resort coming to Walt Disney World.
The resort opens July 1, 2027, along the shores of Bay Lake between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and will offer direct boat access to Magic Kingdom. While Lakeshore Lodge is a Disney Vacation Club property, you do not need to be a DVC Member to stay there. Guests can now book rooms directly for stays beginning with the resort’s opening day and beyond.
Lakeshore Lodge will feature 967 rooms with options for groups of all sizes. Accommodations include resort studios, duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, three-bedroom grand villas, and the new waterfront Lake Houses.
The smallest option, an Encanto-inspired duo studio, sleeps two guests, while the Fantasia-themed three-bedroom grand villas sleep up to 12. The new one- and two-bedroom Lake Houses sit directly along Bay Lake in freestanding A-frame buildings. Inspired by Brother Bear, they sleep up to five and eight guests, respectively.
Outside the rooms, The Wetlands recreation area will include the Lakeside Lagoon zero-entry pool and spiral waterslide, Daydream River lazy river, Pocahontas-inspired children’s play areas, and Perspective Pond leisure pool with views of Magic Kingdom fireworks.
Lakeshore Lodge will also bring several new dining locations to Bay Lake, including Moonglade table-service restaurant, Bay Lake Provisions, Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, Branch & Brush cocktail lounge, and Dandelion Terrace fireworks lounge.
