Morimoto Asia: Enjoy the Holidays With Festive Beers & Cocktails

Hey Disney Springs friends! If there is one thing I enjoy about the holiday season at Disney Springs, it is discovering the ways our favorite dining locations get into the festive spirit. From special events that give us a reason to gather with friends to seasonal cocktails that deserve a little extra time at the table, there is plenty happening beyond the parks, and I love watching each location transform for the season. Morimoto Asia is one of those places that always feels like an occasion, with its elevated take on Pan-Asian cuisine and a dining experience that feels a little more special than your everyday meal. This holiday season, there are even more reasons to stop by, whether you are visiting Walt Disney World or a local looking for a memorable way to celebrate.

First up, beer lovers will want to take note of the return of 12 Beers of Christmas, taking place on Sunday, December 6th, 2026. This festive tasting event brings together dozens of beers from local breweries, with each selection paired with a specialty menu item from Morimoto Asia. There are two sessions to choose from, running from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with tickets starting at $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you enjoy exploring craft beer alongside delicious food, this sounds like a wonderful way to spend part of your holiday season. What I love about this one is that children are welcome at a special price, so you don’t need to split up for the 21+ adults to enjoy something special with the family.

If beer isn’t quite your thing, don’t worry, because Morimoto Asia is also serving two special holiday cocktails throughout December:

Yuki-Matsuri ($17)

combines Absolut vanilla, nigori sake, Kanade white peach liqueur, yuzu, and orgeat for a blend of fruit and citrus flavors.

Tohi Biei ($18)

Takes a more complex approach, bringing together oolong-infused Nikka gin, Nonino aperitivo, ginger liqueur, Captain Morgan rum, Angostura and Scarborough bitters, and a shiso leaf.

Both sound like interesting additions to the seasonal menu, and I would certainly be curious to see which one comes out on top after a little taste testing. Plus, I love the presentation; a pretty cocktail is a work of art and mixology.

What I love about offerings like these is that they give you another reason to enjoy Disney Springs beyond the usual shopping trip or park-day plans. Morimoto Asia has that elegant dining atmosphere that makes it a lovely choice for a date night, a get-together with friends, or a special meal while visiting Orlando. And for those who live locally, the holidays are the perfect excuse to make a reservation and enjoy something a little different without needing a theme park ticket.

So, Disney dining friends, whether you are raising a glass at 12 Beers of Christmas or stopping in to try one of the new cocktails, Morimoto Asia has some tempting ways to celebrate the season. I’d love to know which offering catches your attention first. Are you reaching for the craft beer pairings, or are one of those December cocktails calling your name?
