Hasbro and Disney have teamed up for yet another Disney-themed Monopoly board game. This iteration is simply called Disney Classic Monopoly. It is a limited-edition version of the classic game that is already available online.
The rules of the game are exactly the same as traditional Monopoly, but of course the entire game is Disney-themed. The money features Disney characters covering every bill, and the Chance and Community Chest cards are themed with classic Disney animated characters as well. The tokens (better known as playing pieces) are shaped like Genie’s lamp, the poison apple from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Captain Hook’s ship, what looks to be a stack of teacups from Beauty and the Beast, the Circus Tent from Dumbo, and of course, Cinderella’s glass slipper. We can’t forget to mention that instead of little red and green houses you’ll be buying up cottages and castles with your Monopoly money!
