The new DisneyStyle store on the West Side of Disney Springs “soft” opened last weekend, but the location is waiting until this Saturday, May 12th to hold its official grand opening event.
The store is located in the old Harley Davidson building and features “a curated assortment of fashion-forward products inspired by beloved attractions at Disney Parks and timeless Disney characters.”
Alysia Kelly, Vice President for Store Design & Merchandising, adds that guests “will be immersed in a dynamic retail environment that celebrates trends, fashion and fun all with a distinctly Disney twist.”
The store decor features some great spots where guests can snap a selfie in their new outfits, including a large framed image of Cinderella Castle, a Mad Tea Party teacup, and a wall saluting “it’s a small world.”
In addition to a selection of parks merchandise like hats, headbands, and those popular Spirit Jerseys, DisneyStyle will have collections saluting the Orange Bird, Big Al, and Mr. Toad, plus a set of t-shirts saluting classic attractions like the Enchanted Tiki Room and the PeopleMover.
The official grand opening celebration will begin at 10:00am on Saturday. The first 500 guests will receive a special treat with their purchase and from 10:00am to Noon, M-A-C Cosmetics will be offering free in-store make up touch ups using their new “Patrick Star” Collection.
Finally, that day Disney PhotoPass photographers will be on hand with some special photo opportunities.
