Yesterday, we published a Vox Populi article which shared thoughts on the future of the old Wonders of Life building that has previously been used as the Festival Center during Epcot’s special events throughout the year.
There has been some speculation that the building would become the new space-themed restaurant coming to Epcot, but Disney has just confirmed that the restaurant is going to be built in a newly developed area that’s located between the Mission: SPACE and Test Track attractions in Future World.
When it opens, the themed restaurant will invite guests to venture into space for a “dining experience in the stars.” The Patina Restaurant Group who operates several other restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort including Tutto Italia and Via Napoli at Epcot and Morimoto Asia and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs will operate the new dining location.
