New Toys from Ukrainian Start-Up Are Coming to Disney Parks

The Walt Disney Company signed a deal with UGears, a Ukrainian start-up toy manufacturer, which will be producing wooden mechanical models for the Disney theme parks in the US. UGears produces wooden self-propelled toys that require no batteries and can be built without glue or tools. Disney PhotoPass Day Returning to Walt Disney World and Disneyland on August 19

The Disney Parks Blog just announced that the Disney PhotoPass Day will be returning this year on August 19 at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Throughout the day PhotoPass photographers will be available to take pictures of guests at limited time photo opportunities. Virtual Reality Short Film ‘Cycles’ Will Be Released at the 2018 SIGGRAPH Conference

Cycles is an innovative virtual reality (or VR) short film being produced by the Walt Disney Animation Studio. This new short film is set to debut between August 12-16 in Vancouver, Canada at the 2018 SIGGRAPH conference. SIGGRAPH is an annual computer graphics conference. Woman Who Brings Her Service Dogs to the Parks Is Now Suing Disney

The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts allow a dog or a miniature horse within the theme parks, and at the resorts, if the animal is trained to aid the owner’s disability.
