For those who don’t know, Friday, the 12th of April was National Grilled Cheese Day, and far be it for us to go against the grain and not embrace the delicious goodness of melted cheese. We thought it was only right that this week’s weekend recipe be a tribute to this holiday, so we’ve got the Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich recipe from Woody’s Lunchbox in Disney’s Hollywood Studios lined up and ready to go. If you joined us in making the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwiches back in February, I would be curious to hear which you prefer!
